目前我们也观察到香港区域存在部分访问不稳定的情况,本次调整将有助于显著提升整体网络质量与服务可靠性。

实例自动重启
维护完成后,实例将分配新的 IP 地址
维护不会影响您的 业务数据与系统配置。

Due to adjustments in upstream network resources and routing architecture, and in order to ensure long-term service stability and improved network performance, we will be performing an IP address change maintenance for selected instances in the Hong Kong region.
We have also observed intermittent connectivity issues in this region. This maintenance is expected to significantly improve overall network quality and service reliability.

🕒 Maintenance Window
January 11, 2026, 00:00 – 05:30 (UTC+8)
The operation will be carried out in batches to minimize service disruption.

🔄 Possible Impact
During the maintenance, you may experience:
Brief network interruptions or reconnections
Automatic instance reboot
Assignment of a new IP address after completion
No service data or system configuration will be affected.

👉 Required Actions After Maintenance
Please ensure you update the following accordingly:
DNS records
Security group / firewall whitelists
IP bindings on third-party platforms

🔧 Important Notes
1️⃣ Default Automatic Update
Instances will automatically reboot after the IP change
IP configuration will be updated via Cloud-Init by default
If you require IP replacement without reboot (no service interruption):
Please submit a support ticket in advance
We will enable “No-Reboot Mode” for your instance
You will need to manually configure the new IP address
⚠️ If Cloud-Init is disabled or a custom/DD image is used, manual network configuration is required.

2️⃣ Early IP Replacement Request
If you wish to change the IP address ahead of schedule, please submit a ticket and our team will assist you accordingly.
