📢 Service Notice｜IP Replacement Arrangements for Singapore Region

Dear Users,
Due to adjustments in upstream network resources and line structures, we will perform IP address replacement maintenance on certain instances in the Singapore region to ensure long-term service stability and enhance access experience.
Additionally, we have observed occasional access instability in Singapore services. This adjustment will improve overall network quality.

This adjustment affects the following region:
Singapore Region SGP-B

Which instances will be affected?
If your instance IP falls within the following range:
- 46.3.0.0/16 (Singapore Region)
→ It will be assigned a new IP address

🕒 Maintenance Window
January 17, 2026, 00:00 — 06:30 (UTC+8)
Operations will be conducted in batches during this period.

🔄 Impact
During maintenance and switching, the following may occur:
Brief network interruptions or reconnections
Instances will automatically restart
After maintenance, instances will be assigned new IP addresses

👉 Please promptly update the following after maintenance:
Domain Name System (DNS)
Security Group / Firewall whitelists
IPs bound to third-party platforms
Service data and system configurations will not be affected.

🔧 Special Notes
1️⃣ Default Automatic Update
After IP replacement, instances will restart automatically.
IPs are updated via Cloud-Init by default.
For non-restart replacement (without service interruption):
👉 Submit a support ticket in advance to enable “non-restart mode,”
where you manually configure the new IP address.
⚠️ If Cloud-Init is disabled on your system or you have manually dd'd the system image,
manually configure the new network information.

2️⃣ To temporarily retain the old IP
Submit a support ticket in advance for processing.
Note: Some old IPs may experience unstable access or unreachability risks.
We strongly recommend completing the switch promptly.
