为持续提升 ISIF 新加坡节点的长期服务稳定性、网络质量、基础设施可靠性及后续容量扩展能力，我们将对新加坡节点进行一次计划内的数据中心迁移与基础设施升级。

本次迁移将从现有设施迁往综合条件更优的新数据中心环境。新设施在网络接入、机房基础设施、冗余能力以及后续扩展空间方面均具备更好的长期承载能力，有助于为新加坡区域服务提供更加稳定、可靠的运行基础。

预计持续： 约 12 小时

影响范围
由于本次维护涉及物理设备迁移、网络链路重新接入、路由调整以及服务验证，维护期间新加坡节点可能出现较长时间的服务中断、网络不可达、延迟波动或丢包情况。

我们会按照计划逐步完成迁移、上架、连通性恢复与服务状态校验，并尽可能缩短实际中断时间。但由于本次为数据中心级别迁移，整体影响时间可能较普通网络维护更长。

维护背景
随着现有数据中心服务周期进入调整阶段，ISIF 将借此机会对新加坡节点进行基础设施升级迁移，而不是简单延续原有环境。此次迁移是我们对新加坡区域节点长期稳定性、网络表现与未来扩展能力的一次主动优化。

[Important Maintenance Notice] ISIF Singapore Node Infrastructure Upgrade & Relocation

To further improve the long-term stability, network performance, infrastructure reliability, and future scalability of our Singapore node, ISIF will be carrying out a scheduled data center relocation and infrastructure upgrade.

The Singapore node will be migrated from the current facility to a new data center environment with stronger overall capabilities. The new facility provides improved network connectivity, infrastructure standards, redundancy, and expansion capacity, offering a more reliable foundation for our Singapore regional services.

Maintenance Window
Start Time: May 7, 2026, 10:00 SGT / UTC+8
Estimated Duration: Approximately 12 hours

Service Impact
As this maintenance involves physical equipment relocation, network reconnection, routing adjustments, and post-migration service validation, services hosted on the Singapore node may experience an extended period of interruption, temporary network unavailability, increased latency, or packet loss.

We will proceed with the migration in a controlled manner, including relocation, rack installation, connectivity restoration, and service validation. While we will make every effort to minimize downtime, the overall impact may be longer than a standard network maintenance due to the data center-level nature of this migration.

Background
As the current facility service cycle enters a transition phase, ISIF is taking this opportunity to upgrade and relocate the Singapore node instead of simply extending the existing environment. This migration is part of our ongoing effort to improve long-term service stability, network quality, and future capacity in the Singapore region.
