We would like to inform you that due to the previous power outage incident at the Los Angeles data center, certain PDU slots in the cabinets hosting our US.LA.9929, US.LA.CMIN2, and US.LA.CN2 servers were damaged and are now at risk of short-circuiting. To ensure the safety and stability of our services, our upstream provider has decided to carry out preventive replacement and maintenance.

The scheduled maintenance will take place on June 8, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. local Los Angeles time (June 9, 4:00 a.m. Beijing time).

We strongly recommend that you power off your servers in advance to prevent any unexpected issues.

This upgrade is part of our commitment to providing you with a safer and more stable service environment. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
